Miracle Tree's Moringa Veggie Sandwich | Miracle Tree

Our moringa hummus was a huge hit - so we took it one step further! We're really excited about our moringa veggie sandwich - a perfect, light and yet filling, sandwich for anyone who wants a dose of their daily veggies and more!

Ingredients

    • ½ Cucumber
    • ½ Carrot (raw)
    • ¼ Avocado
    • ½ Red Pepper
    • 2 Slices whole grain bread
    • Moringa hummus (see Miracle Tree's Recipe 8)

    Directions

    1. Cut ½ a cucumber in to thin slices on a cutting board
    2. Peel ½ raw carrot and grate them into julienne slices
    3. Peel ¼ of an avocado and cut into thin slices
    4. Cut ½ red pepper into slices
    5. Spread moringa hummus on top of two slices of bread.
    6. Top with sprouts, cucumber, red pepper, avocado, carrots and lettuce
    7. And enjoy!
