Our moringa hummus was a huge hit - so we took it one step further! We're really excited about our moringa veggie sandwich - a perfect, light and yet filling, sandwich for anyone who wants a dose of their daily veggies and more!
- ½ Cucumber
- ½ Carrot (raw)
- ¼ Avocado
- ½ Red Pepper
- 2 Slices whole grain bread
- Moringa hummus (see Miracle Tree's Recipe 8)
- Cut ½ a cucumber in to thin slices on a cutting board
- Peel ½ raw carrot and grate them into julienne slices
- Peel ¼ of an avocado and cut into thin slices
- Cut ½ red pepper into slices
- Spread moringa hummus on top of two slices of bread.
- Top with sprouts, cucumber, red pepper, avocado, carrots and lettuce
- And enjoy!
