If you find that you have made an error with your shipping address, please contact us with corrected shipping info. Prior to your order being shipped, we can make the necessary changes. After your item has shipped, it is possible to re-route UPS packages only. Please note that re-routing a UPS package will result in an additional fee, as determined by UPS. Note that we cannot re-route UPS packages if they are already being returned to us. If your item ends up undeliverable, it will come back to us and we will contact you for further instructions.

Please contact us if you have any problems with lost or damaged packages and we will address the specific situation. In the event your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and include pictures of the packaging and specific damage.

Returns Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Additionally we do not accept returns on Gift card purchases.

Unless specifically blended with another tea, moringa is naturally caffeine free. Since this tea is contains a blend of decaffeinated green tea, this blend is decaffeinated with 1-5 mg of caffeine per serving.

Our moringa energy teas are super-caffeinated and contain approximately 155mg of caffeine per serving (50% more than your average cup of coffee).

To clarify, for our tea bags, we use only virgin pulps for the
manufacturing of all our heat and non-heat seal tea filter papers products.

We use following types of virgin fibers:
1) Special hemp fibers.
2) Softwood fibers.
3) Hardwood fiber.

Paper made from a select blend of high-quality abaca and above-mentioned pulp/fibers. All of our products, including packaging, is in compliance with our organic standards (and therefore are pesticide free as well).

For our pyramid bags, these are made from biodegradable corn starch.

Our pyramid tea bags are completely biodegradable and therefore well suited for composting.

Our natural flavors are natural extracts from the real fruit, spice, or bean, which are infused into our moringa leaves during production. For example, chocolate natural flavors are made from extracts from real cocoa beans. The reason why we do this is because we want to ensure that the flavor profiles are perfectly infused into the moringa leaves to ensure a great experience with every sip!

Moringa is a potent superfood and there is not enough research available for us to comment specifically on your medication interactions. Accordingly, we always recommend that persons who are on specific medication should ask their healthcare provider before deciding to make moringa a part of their regular diet.
